It seams there is players out there that are wanting to play for us. This can be only a good thing, when you consider how small our squad is. I however i have to say that i will always try to give all our players a fair run in our team, but some weeks some people won't or can't play for various reasons this is when other members of the team come into play. This Sunday sees the first game of 2008 against Finmere at Wootton Hall 1.30pm start be there early. I am sure i dont have to remind you of how many games we lost to rain last season, i hope this season the weather will give us a break and we can get a run of games going. I hope i can also improve on my captaincy this year i did make a few mistakes last season, i hope to make less this season. Please remember if you can see something that could give us an edge in any game let me know. Don't keep it to yourselves lets keep the chat and sledging going. But remember we need to keep Jone's quiet.

As most of you are aware we have a new vice captain this season so lets make sure we give him some stick all season, may i be the first to wish his broken toes all the best with him running up and down on them from third man to third man this Sunday "Good luck Buck".
